DRG Home

A private household app

DRG Home is the home side of a private app that one household (David Gaume's, in California) runs on its own computer to manage its lights, climate, network, vacuum and TV. It is not offered to the public and has no sign-ups.

Its TV remote can show what YouTube is playing on the household's TV, a video's details and comments, and, when a member of the household asks it to, like a video or subscribe to a channel on that member's own YouTube account. It uses YouTube API Services for this.
